Today's late model vehicles, 1995 and newer, have 6 to 10 electronic servomotors on the plenum. These servomotors control and blend outside air and re-circulate cabin air. A malfunctioning or misaligned servomotor will cause A/C performance problems even though the manifold gauges show good refrigerant pressures.

High humidity in the cabin in full recirculation is a good indication there is a plenum problem.
Servomotor problems are often caused by power interruptions or other A/C electronic component replacements. Duct output temperature is only part of creating comfort in the cabin. The relative humidity in the cabin should be 50% - 30%. This is the range where the human body feels comfortable. Using Santech's MT1337 will tell you in an instant if there is a problem.
