RADPRO announces new addition, Cooling Parts Plus

Minneapolis, MN February 1, 2006 - RADPRO is pleased to announce the newest addition to the RADPRO group, Cooling Parts Plus, lead by Mr. Bruce McAllister and the management team of Brian Kennedy, John Bernardi, Jim Shelton, Tonya Barton, Robby Robert and Bruce Merideth.

Cooling Parts Plus has five locations in Florida, one in Georgia and one in South Carolina. With the addition of Cooling Parts Plus, RADPRO now has 37 locations stretching from the Southeast to the Midwest the West Coast and Canada.

In September of 2002, RADPRO was formed by Automotive Cooling Products, Roppel Industries, Heatex Warehouse and AAA Premium Parts Warehouse. In December of 2004, Cancore Industries joined the group.

RADPRO is a consortium of WD’s located across the United States and Canada. RADPRO is a network of like warehouse distributors that specialize in the distribution of heat transfer products to the automotive, heavy duty truck, and agricultural industries. By being a part of RADPRO, each member has increased market share by utilizing the collective marketing and advertising programs provided to them through the RADPRO group. The majority of all RADPRO members' product lines are now private labeled with the RADPRO name and logo. The use of the RADPRO private label has enabled each member to gain identity and exposure in their direct market area as well as on a national level. As a member of RADPRO each member has been given an opportunity to grow and become more profitable.
