South Korea to cut emissions & tighten fuel efficiency
From August on, South Korea will impose fuel efficiency ratings on new vehicles to cut fuel consumption by 15% from 2004 levels. The measure is part of the country’s first-ever plan to freeze overall greenhouse gas emissions at 2005 levels until 2012.
