Orlando, FL truck operator, and local A/C service shop, need help diagnosing an inop clutch.

Truck: 2005 Intl 7300 SFA 4X4 with OE Air.

Problem: Clutch will not engage.

The A/C System does have 110 psi static charge of R-134a.

Not only will the dealer will not supply the diagram, but they can't get the truck in for service for another 2 weeks. Can you help? Do you have access to a wiring diagram or other vital information?
