Detroit, MI — Cobo Center, Michigan Hall Stage — Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2009, 10 a.m — DENSO International America, Inc. (DIAM), premier sponsor of the North American International Auto Show, will hold a press conference to talk about how the current state of the economy is impacting the company. DENSO also will highlight its fuel efficient and environmentally friendly products.
Presentations will be by Haruya “Harry” Maruyama, president and CEO, DENSO International America Inc., and managing officer, DENSO Corporation, and, Hiromi Tokuda, executive vice president, Powertrain Control Systems Business Group, and member, Board of Directors, DENSO Corporation.
DENSO’s NAIAS exhibit will showcase the company’s developments in advanced technology in the areas of environment, safety and comfort and convenience. During the show, DENSO will showcase its new eco-friendly radiator tank made from plant-derived resin, as well as its Image Recognition System, which helps identify signs and other objects near or on the road.
