Specific Vehicles Covered by GM—DEX-COOL Class Action Lawsuit Settlement

Petaluma, CA — April 13, 2008 — We are still getting asked about which vehicles are covered by the GM-DEX-COOL/Class Action Lawsuit settlement. Essentially, there are three groups first distinguished by Engine Size, then by Model YearBrand and Model. To make it easier for you to determine which vehicles are covered, here's the list:

Group A Vehicles
Engine: 3.1-liter or 3.4-liter V6 (manufactured before April 10, 2003)
— Model Years: 1995-2003
Buick: Century, Rendezvous
Chevrolet: Impala, Lumina, Malibu, Monte Carlo, Venture
Oldsmobile: Alero, Cutlass, Silhouette
Pontiac: Aztek, Grand Am, Grand Prix, Montana, Trans Sport

Group B Vehicles
Engine: 3.8-liter V6 (GM designation RPO L36 Only)
Model Years: 1995-2004
Buick: LeSabre, Park Avenue, Regal, Riviera
Chevrolet: Camaro, Impala, Lumina, Monte Carlo
Oldsmobile: Eighty-Eight, Intrigue, LSS, Ninety-Eight
Pontiac: Bonneville, Firebird, Grand Prix

Group C Vehicles
Engine: 4.3-liter V6
Model Years: 1995-2000
Chevrolet: Blazer, Chevrolet S-10
GMC: Envoy, Jimmy, S-15
Oldsmobile: Bravada

Use this four page form to make a claim in the class action settlement shown above. Complete and mail it no later than October 27, 2008.
