Sacramento, CA — March 17, 2008 — We are pleased to announce the release of the California Carbon Calculator. The calculator is online at www.coolcalifornia.org.

The Carbon Calculator was designed specifically for California, and is offered in both an English and a Spanish-language version. We also invite you to use the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory Home Energy Saver feature.

This is the first phase of the Calculator, so your input is very important. After you use the Calculator, please take a moment to fill out the brief online survey. Your ideas and suggestions will help us develop and improve this Carbon Calculator.
