Benicia, CA — March 13 — PRNewswire — 1-800-Radiator, an auto-parts distribution franchise and the largest independent auto parts distributor in the nation, today announced its second purchase in a week of an automotive cooling parts business with the acquisition of AAA Radiator Warehouse, in San Diego, CA. Earlier this week 1-800-Radiator announced the purchase of New York's two Tri-US Radiator locations.

For the past 29 years, AAA Radiator Warehouse was a family-owned and operated company with both retail and wholesale divisions. The retail side, Radiator Stores, Inc., and the wholesale side, AAA Radiator Warehouse had several locations throughout Southern California. At the time of sale, the company had 22 employees, many of which are being retained by 1-800-Radiator.
